Yes, a high school diploma or a GED is required for admission as well as for Federal Financial Aid. You will need a copy of your high school diploma, a transcript from your high school showing a graduation date, or a copy of your GED certificate. A diploma from a college for a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree is also acceptable. A homeschool diploma is also allowed with the right documentation, contact the admissions office for more information.
The diploma must be the equivalent of a high school diploma in the United States. It is required that this be evaluated by an outside evaluation company. The cost of this evaluation, usually $85 – $125, is the responsibility of the student applicant. The evaluation must be completed before the student will be allowed to enroll and begin classes.
Yes, we will accept hours on record with the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology & Barbering, for up to half of the hours required for the course. Contact our admissions team and we can assist you.
Yes, we enroll students who are required by the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology & Barbering to complete review hours in order to take the State Board Licensing Examination. Federal Financial Aid is not available for review hours.

Go to the Federal Student Aid website and complete the current application. Enter our school code, 015930. The school will receive an electronic copy within 3-5 business days after completion.
Pivot Point is a licensed training method for beauty education. It has a unique approach to teach you cosmetology, esthetics, manicuring, or master instructor training. Pivot Point focuses on comprehension for all types of students regardless of their learning style. It uses a multi-sensory approach to training that has proven to have better results than other training systems available.
Our aim is to make sure all of our students are prepared to sit for the state exam. Graduation rates vary depending on the program. Call our admissions office to learn about how we can help you achieve your goals!
Our beauty kit is included with the cosmetology program. It includes Hatori-Hanzo Shear Set, CHI Tool kit with Chi Professional dryer, CHI G2 flat iron, Marcel Curling Iron, Andis clipper set, brushes, combs, clips, apron, cape, perm rods, rollers, color bowl and brushes, manicure tools, 9 mannequins, and many more items. We prefer smaller class sizes so that our instructors can give each student the quality of education that they deserve. We only take up to 20 cosmetology, 12-14 esthetics, and 10-15 manicurist students per start date. Class sizes could be smaller depending on the time of year.
The time it takes you to complete the program of your choice may vary depending on your schedule. In general, our following programs can be completed from anywhere between 19 to 74 weeks. We have flexible scheduling options for our cosmetology and esthetics programs so that you can pursue your education while balancing other responsibilities. Our admissions team can help you choose the right program and schedule for your goals.
Job placement for our graduates is one of our top priorities! While we can’t guarantee a job or salary, we will help you identify job opportunities. We have several employers who call looking for stylist, manicurist, and estheticians and many visit our school and talk to students before they graduate.
It’s important to us that our students are knowledgeable with a wide variety of quality products. This will help them be able to succeed in the professional salon world. Our school uses a variety of professional products like Eminence, CHI, Moroccan Oil, ColorProof, Design Essentials, Paul Mitchell, CND, and others.
